What a wonderful musical in every way! … fantastic and quirky, playing off of traditional princess/prince stereotypes, witches, sisters, etc, weaving the story in a way that I found simple enough for young kids to enjoy and by far funny and smart enough for the adults in the audience to love.

The Light Princess is performed on the set of the A.R.T. production of O.P.C.
Candy Gold; A.R.T. Fairy Tale Theater Students; Pesha Rudnick, Brett Banakis, Bradley King, and Jane Shaw. For the use of Arthur Oliver's costume designs: Summer Theatre of New Cannan, The Moscow Ballet, and Shakespeare and Company.

The A.R.T./MXAT Institute for Advanced Theater Training, in association with the Loeb Drama Center, presents THE LIGHT PRINCESS - A musical for children and their families from December 7 to January 4, 2015.
American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) will present a Sensory Friendly performance of The Light Princess on December 30th at 2:00PM for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other sensory sensitivities. The Light Princess will be playing from December 7 through January 5, 2015 at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA
