The Education Experience is a tailor-made arts enrichment curriculum. In the 2012-13 season, we engaged with over 5,000 students and families in and around Boston.
The A.R.T. Education Experience engages students by connecting our productions with classroom curriculum and students’ lives. In addition to inspiring creativity, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity in our community, we’re all about supporting teachers with free arts-integrated teaching tools, free classroom visits, and subsidized tickets to world-class theater at the A.R.T. A listing of our major educational offerings follows, but feel free to contact us for consultation on how to link your visit to the A.R.T. with your curriculum, or to explore the possibility of creative workshops, artist visits, or interactive projects facilitated by A.R.T. education staff and teaching artists.
Student tickets* are just $15 for groups 10-99, $7 for 100+. All groups receive a personal welcome and attentive, skilled support from A.R.T. staff. Pre-show talks also available at the theater or at your school. Attending students receive an A.R.T. EXP Card, good for up to four $5 tickets for any A.R.T. show (subject to availability, day of show only). Book tickets for a student group via this form.
*Additional subsidies available based on need.
