A.R.T. NYC TRIP
Join the A.R.T. for a Diane Paulus-curated theater weekend in New York City

The A.R.T. invites you to join us for our inaugural donor trip to New York City for a stimulating weekend of Broadway theater, including:

• Carousel starring Jessie Mueller (Waitress at the A.R.T. and on Broadway), Joshua Henry (The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess at the A.R.T. and on Broadway), and Renee Fleming
• Angels in America, Parts I & II, starring Nathan Lane and Andrew Garfield
• Once On This Island, starring Norm Lewis, Phillip Boykin (both seen in The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess at the A.R.T. and on Broadway), and Tamyra Gray

The weekend includes seats to four Broadway productions; brunch on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22; dinner on Saturday, April 21; lodging beginning Friday, April 20 (evening) through Sunday, April 22 at the Millennium Broadway New York Times Square Hotel, artist meet-and-greets, and other behind-the-scenes experiences. A detailed itinerary is below.

Pricing structure is as follows:

• $2,500 per person (single room) OR
• $3,800 per couple (shared room)

On-Sale Dates and Times:

• Monday, January 29 at Noon: Access available for Producer ($10,000+) level and up
• Tuesday, February 6 at Noon: Access available for Partner ($5,000+) level and up
• Tuesday, February 13 at Noon: Access available for Sponsor ($2,500+) level and up
• Wednesday, February 21 at Noon: Access available for Patron ($1,000+) level and up

Friday, February 23 at Noon: Access available for Contributor ($500+) level and up
Monday, February 26 at Noon: Access available for Supporter ($250+) level and up
Friday, March 2 at Noon: Access available for Member ($50+) level and up

Space is very limited. To take advantage of this trip and access tickets on an earlier sale date, you can upgrade your membership online.

*Please note that guests are responsible for their transportation costs to, from, and within NYC. This trip is non-refundable and the performances are subject to change.

Friday, April 20
• 6PM: Welcome Reception at the New York Marriott Marquis
• 8PM: Performance of Carousel at the Imperial Theatre

Saturday, April 21
• 10AM: Brunch with the group at the Harvard Club of New York City
• 1PM: Performance of Angels in America, Part I at the Neil Simon Theatre
• 5PM: Dinner with the group at Victor's Cafe
• 7PM: Performance of Angels in America, Part II at the Neil Simon Theatre

Sunday, April 22
• 12PM: Brunch with the group at Landmarc Restaurant
• 3PM: Performance of Once On This Island at Circle in the Square Theatre
