The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University is pleased to announce that due to popular demand for its production of James and the Giant Peach, it has added two performances, on Saturday, January 7 at 10AM and Sunday, January 8 at 10AM.
This festival is presented in conversation with the A.R.T.’s production of Trans Scripts, Part I: The Women, performing at the Loeb Drama Center from January 19 – February 5, and continues OBERON’s engagement with trans artists and stories.
Following previous season’s sold-out holiday hits, The Snow Queen, Hansel and Gretel, The Light Princess, and The Pirate Princess, the A.R.T. Institute presents James and the Giant Peach, adapted for the stage by David Wood from the book by Roald Dahl, directed by A.R.T. Institute alumnus Dmitry Troyanovsky, featuring actors from the A.R.T. Institute Class of 2017.
