Community Connections

A.R.T. audience members at a post-show hootenanny for "Woody Sez"

Our goal is to make world-class theater accessible to everyone in our community. Through Community Connections partnerships, A.R.T. partners with Boston-area non-profit organizations, bringing high-quality arts experiences to families and individuals traditionally underserved by the arts. Community Connections organizations work with A.R.T. to develop a flexible, custom-built arts partnership pairing subsidized tickets to A.R.T. performances with an array of enrichment programming to serve our communities – ranging from private artist talks to free community events.

We seek partner organizations with 501(c)3 non-profit status whose constituents frequently meet with social, economic, cultural or geographic obstacles to arts participation. If you would like more information about the program or to set up a meeting, please contact the Education Department via e-mail or call 617.496.2000 x 8891 to speak with the Education and Community Programs Manager. When contacting us, please include information about your organization, including the organization's name, mission, and the constituents you serve. We look forward to hearing from you!
