My story is a part of American History because our decisions on how we vote will affect the future.. When creating the Declaration of Independence, it was important that all states agreed. If even one state did not agree then it would not pass. They had to remove singular words, entire paragraphs and phrases. They also were forced to remove the condemnation of slavery in the Declaration in order to get the Southern States to agree. America in history is always written as a hero, and that we’re always right. But, if the real history is taught then people will realize the truth. If we are honest
