As an American citizen, I have the ability to change America. My story begins with a true American story. My mother immigrated to the united states when she was just 10 years old.
History is a difficult and confusing things to deal with, and people often alter the way history is taught in order to show themselves and their ancestors in a better light. If we use history as a lesson of what not to do, it would help us in the future to be better as a people and a country.
