Text Submission

Thank you for hosting our school and letting us see 1776! I really appreciated the way that you all incorporated many viewpoints while being more progressive and entertaining. I believe that this play really helped me realize more about how this history is truly flawed and needs to be considered more as a weakness than a pride. This play does have patriotic ideas though so it is a nice combination of both. There is a lot of conflict about our history and how it should be taught. I think the musical is very honest and all-encompassing which I am grateful to have seen.
