Everyone is a part of American history, my story specifically is a part of American history because I lived during very major events in the US. One example of this is being a student during COVID and living through all of the constant changes. When creating the declaration of independence what mattered was creating rules that the people writing it believed in. The declaration of independence was very important because it was one of the first things created when the US became its own country.
