The play that has been called “the most exciting, stimulating and thrilling piece of theatre to hit New York since ‘Angels in America'” is coming to Boston this summer! With a company of young actors/musicians, this epic trilogy tells the stories of productions of the Passion in Elizabethan England, pre-WWII Germany, and South Dakota from 1970 to today. Using music, puppetry, and theatrical magic, PASSION PLAY explores the intersection of faith, theatre, politics, and community.
