The American Repertory Theater is proud to support our community through ticket voucher donations.

- Groups located within a twenty-mile radius of the A.R.T. have priority.
- Tickets vouchers will not be donated to the same event/group in two consecutive A.R.T. seasons. (Vouchers may be requested for groups that have received them in the past, just not in the immediate season prior.)
- Ticket vouchers will be good for the best available seats at the time of redemption and are subject to availability.
- A limited number of tickets are available each season. Please make your requests as far in advance as possible.

The A.R.T. welcomes you to be a part of an exciting theater community! Volunteer Ushers get a glimpse behind the scenes and work closely with the Front of House operations. Under the supervision of the House Manager and working with the Front of House Staff, volunteers are assigned duties that might include distributing programs, providing information about the show, scanning patrons’ tickets at the door, light cleanup after the performance, and completing other tasks during and after the show. Volunteers must wear white tops and black slacks or skirts; no jeans, T-shirts, or sneakers. Arrival time is normally 90 minutes before the performance but this may vary depending on the production.
Volunteer Ushers will be able to see the performance free of charge but may have to join Standing Room Only if the show is sold out. Volunteer Ushering is only available for shows at the Loeb Drama Center, the A.R.T.’s performance space on Brattle Street.
We look forward to seeing you at the American Repertory Theater.
