Better-Than-Fancy-Pesto Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients:

8 cloves garlic
-
2 big heads broccoli
-
½ cup oil (not olive!)
-
salt & pepper
Directions:
-
Cook broccoli (steam) until bright green and softer than you think it should be

Brown garlic cloves in oil
-
let cool completely
-
BLEND IT UP!!!

Season to taste/add oil if not smooth enough

Serve over pasta
