BIOGRAPHY
Keondre McClay
Keondre McClay is a junior at Edward M. Kennedy Health Careers Academy and a member of the Boston Student Advisory Council (BSAC) Working Group. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Keondre moved to Boston in the summer of 2014 and has become an active member of the community in the years since. In addition to BSAC, Keondre is a member of the debate league, student council, and sits on the Opportunity and Achievement Gap Task Force. He has completed a number of prestigious local and national programs, including NAACP Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACTSO), National Black MBA Association Leaders of Tomorrow, and Harvard iLab. When he's not working with Youth on Board to increase youth voice in decision-making or taking on various leadership roles, Keondre enjoys poetry, photography, and gardening.
