Shane Snowdon

Shane Snowdon, MA, co-founded the national Center of Excellence for Transgender Health, created and headed the Center for LGBT Health & Equity at the University of California, and led the Heath & Aging Program of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. For twenty years, she has been a leading advocate for transgender equality in healthcare, employment, and education, and she is a recipient of the Transgender Ally Award given annually by the Transgender Law Center.
