Your subscription guarantees you priority seating to in-demand shows before they go on sale to the public. And you can get additional tickets to any subscription-eligible show before they’re on sale to the public. You also have early access to renew your subscription next season.
Save More with Discounted, Fee-free Tickets
Any time you want to buy additional tickets to subscription-eligible productions—including Black Swan—get $10 off the current price and have the handling fee waived. Flexible, Fee-Free Exchanges
Exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before your show into any available performance of the same show. We encourage you to exchange as far in advance as possible so we can best accommodate you.
Please fill out a Ticket Exchange Request online or contact Ticket Services. Please note that if you move from a preview performance to one during the regular run, you will be charged the difference in ticket price at the time your request is fulfilled. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Discounted Group Rate
When you bring a party of 10 or more to a performance, you receive a special, fee-free group rate—a savings of $18 per ticket. Please fill out a Group Sales Request online or reach out to the Group Sales and Subscription Manager to begin planning your outing.
Ticket Donation
If you cannot attend a performance and are unable to exchange into a different date, you can convert your tickets into a tax-deductible donation. Tickets must be returned at least 24 hours before your show.
