Abracadabra Apple Pie; It’s Magical!

Ingredients:

Crust:

2 cups flour
-
½ cup oil
-
¼ tsp salt
-
5 tbsp water
-

Filling:
-
4 apples, sliced
-
¼ c sugar
-
1 tbsp flour
-
¼ tsp cinnamon
-
Directions:

Fluff flour + salt in bowl.

Refrigerate water + oil for a bit.

With fork, stir chilled liquids + whisk quickly into flour/salt.

When a ball forms, split in half. Roll each half within two pieces of wax paper.

Place one crust into pie plate.

Add apples, mixed with seasons/flour.
-
Place 2nd crust over pie plate. Crimp edges. Cut design into top crust.

Bake at 375° for 40 min.
