Basic Quiche

Ingredients:

• Crust

• 4 eggs

• 1 cup milk or cream

• 1 cup shredded cheese

• 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

• pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

1. Mix together

2. Add any sauteed veggies

3. Pour into crust

4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
