Blueberry Boston Bran (No Pie) Muffins

From the Kitchen of: Pat Boston (really!)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups All Bran cereal

  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • ¾ cup white flour

  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour

  • 3 tsp. baking powder

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 1 egg

  • ⅞ cup sugar

  • ⅓ cup oil

  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. 400 degree preheat

  2. Add milk/bran to soak in large mixing bowl

  3. Add egg oil to bran mixture

  4. In another bowl blend flours, baking powder, salt & sugar

  5. Blend in dry ingredients

  6. Stir in blueberries

  7. Cook 25 min.

  8. Makes 6 lg. Boston Blueberry Bran Muffins
