Brown Butter Raspberry Tart

Ingredients:

  • Crust:

    • 7 tbsp. butter, melted

    • ⅓ cup sugar

    • ¼ tsp. vanilla

    • 1 cup + 1 tbsp. flour

    • Pinch salt

  • Filling:

    • ½ cup sugar

    • 2 large eggs

    • ¼ cup flour

    • 1 tsp. vanilla

    • ½ cup butter

    • Pinch salt

    • 12 oz. fresh raspberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Mix crust ingredients.

  3. Press dough into 9-inch tart pan, bake ~15 min.

  4. Whisk sugar, eggs, salt + flour + vanilla.

  5. Brown butter.

  6. Whisk butter into mixture.

  7. Pour into crust, put in berries.

  8. Bake 40 mins.
