Cherry Berry Crostata (pie!) 🙂
Ingredients:

Crust:

2 cups all purpose flour

2 sticks unsalted butter

½ cup ice water
-
¼ tsp salt
-
1 tbsp sugar
-

Filling:
-
4 cups pitted dark cherries
-
2 cups assorted other berries (cran/ras/black)

¾ cup sugar
-
4 tbsp all purpose flour
-
½ tsp ginger
-
½ tsp allspice
-
2 tbsp cold butter cut into cubes

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine crust ingredients.

Roll out to 14” circle. Place on sheet pan w/ parchment paper.

Preheat oven to 400°.

Place fruit in the center of pie circle mixture.

Roll the crust up and around, leaving the fruit open in a 9” circle.

Sprinkle crust w/ sugar.
-
Bake 25-30 mins ‘til golden + bubbly.
