Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell

  • 2 cups pecan

  • 3 large eggs beaten

  • 3 tbsp. butter melted

  • ½ cup dark corn syrup

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp. good bourbon

  • 3 oz. semisweet chocolate chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 375 degrees.

  2. Whisk eggs & butter.

  3. Add syrup, sugar, bourbon & chocolate.

  4. Stir until combined.

  5. Pour over pecans in pie crust.

  6. Bake 10 minutes.

  7. Lower to 350 degrees and bake 25 min. or until pie is set.

  8. Cool.
