A.R.T. Community Cookbook: Coconut Cream Pie by Ginny

Coconut Cream Pie

From the Kitchen of: Ginny

 

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Wafer Crust

  • 2 Pkg. Coconut Pudding

  • Coconut

  • Heavy Cream

Directions:

  1. Buy prepared crust.

  2. Follow directions for making coconut pie.

  3. Then, add 1 cup fresh coconut.

  4. Whip ½ cup heavy cream – fold into mixture.

  5. Heat ¼ cup coconut in frying pan until toasted. Sprinkle on top.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
