Colonial Pumpkin Pie

From the Kitchen of: The Swiniuch’s

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 9” unbaked pie shell

  • 1 can pure pumpkin

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 2 tbsp. molasses

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. ginger

  • ½ tsp. ground cloves

  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

  • ½ tsp. allspice

  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all together well

  2. Pour into pie shell & bake

  3. 400 degrees 45-55 min. or until center comes out clean while testing w/flat knife
