French Toast

From the Kitchen of: Michael Scorzelli

Ingredients:

• 1 egg (whole)

• 1 egg white

• vanilla extract to taste

• lemon extract to taste

• 4 slices whole grain bread

• canola oil

• nutmeg to taste

• pure maple syrup

Directions:

1. Mix eggs, extracts & nutmeg in bowl

2. Soak bread in mixture

3. Fry till golden brown

4. Pour syrup over (or fresh berries)
