Lavendar Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients:

3 cups cake flour

½ tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 cup butter
-
2 cups sugar
-
¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. lemon zest
-
1 tbsp lavender flowers
-
4 eggs
Directions:

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Cream sugar + butter.

Add in eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice. Fold in lavender + lemon zest.

Pour into greased & floured 10 cup bundt pan.

Bake at 325° for 50-60 mins.
- Serve with fresh berries.
