Lucy’s Apple Crisp

Directions:

  1. Lots of cortland apples to fill a deep dish refrigerated pie crust.

  2. Mix with a little lemon, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour & lots of cinnamon.

  3. In the food processor, mix 1 stick butter, 1 cup flour, ½ cup sugar, and lots of cinnamon.

  4. Put on top of the apples, pat down, more cinnamon!

  5. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yum.
