Maine Blueberry Pie

From the Kitchen of: Emily Collins & Helen Collins

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups wild blueberries

  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

  • 1tbsp. lemon juice

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tbsps. butter

  • 1 homemade pie-crust (for top + bottom)

Directions:

  1. Make your pie crust to your liking.

  2. Mix blueberries, lemon juice, sugar + cornstarch together in a bowl.

  3. Pour into pie crust + dot with butter.

  4. Roll over the top pie crust + bake for 40 mins at 450°.

  5. Enjoy! 🙂
