A.R.T. Community Cookbook: Mint Oreo Delight by Maureen Pike

Mint Oreo Delight

From the Kitchen of: Maureen Pike

 

Ingredients:

  • 16-20 Oreo cookies

  • ½ stick butter

  • ½ gallon Friendly’s Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream

  • 1 jar of hershey’s chocolate fudge

  • 1 container of coolwhip

Directions:

  1. Crush Oreos.

  2. Melt butter. Combine with oreos and spread as first layer in a 9”x11” baking dish.

  3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Spread softened ice cream over cookies. Freeze.

  5. Spread jar of fudge over ice cream. Freeze.

  6. Final layer is one defrosted container of coolwhip.

  7. Freeze overnight.
