Nutella Baby Cheesecakes

From the Kitchen of: Sarah Toasty

 

Ingredients:

  • Crust:

    • 8 oz. graham crackers

    • 4 tbsp. melted butter, unsalted

    • 4 tbsp. sugar

    • pinch salt

  • Filling:

    • 8 oz. light cream cheese

    • ½ cup sugar

    • 2 eggs

    • ½ cup mayo

    • 6 oz. nutella

    • pinch salt

    • ½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Process graham crackers until fine, add the sugar, salt & butter

  3. Line a mini muffin tin w/liners

  4. Add 1 tsp. crust to each lined tin, crush down

  5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 5 minutes, cool

Filling:

  1. Beat cream cheese & sugar until well incorporated

  2. Add mayo, add eggs 1 at a time, mix in nutella, vanilla & salt

  3. Pipe into cooled crust, bake 12 min. at 350 degrees

  4. Let cool, chill for at least 4 hours

  5. Top with drizzle of nutella, Enjoy!
