Peach Blueberry Pie
From the Kitchen of: Farmer Bob
Ingredients:

6-8 ripe peaches (blanched for 1 minute, then cooked and skinned)

2-3 cups blueberries

3 tbsp. lemon juice

¼ cup tapioca
-
1½ cup sugar to taste
Directions:

Mix all above and let stand for 20 mins.

Fill your favorite pie crust.

Dot with bits of butter.

Top with lattice crust.

Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
