A.R.T. Community Cookbook: Peach Cobbler by Cynthia Nanto

Peach Cobbler

From the Kitchen of: Cynthia Nanto

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. butter

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ¾ cup flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 2 ½ cups fresh peach slices

  • 9” pie plate (deep dish)

Directions:

  1. 350 degree oven.

  2. Place butter in pan, melt in oven.

  3. Stir together dry ingredients; add milk; stir briefly to make batter.

  4. Pour batter into pan over the butter. Do not stir.

  5. Arrange peach slices over top.

  6. Bake 45 min. Serve w/ ice cream – yum!!
