Peaches & Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 1 egg

  • ½ c milk

  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1 15 oz. can peaches (reserve liquid)

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

  • 3 tsp. reserved peach juice

  • Cinnamon sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add egg, milk, and butter. Beat for 2 mins.

  2. Pour into a well-greased pie pan (deep 9”).

  3. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Arrange peaches over dough.

  4. Cream together the cream cheese and reserved juice (3 tsp.).

  5. Spread over peaches, leaving about 1” around edges.

  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar lightly over top.

  7. Bake at 350° for 30-35 mins.
