Peanut Butter Cookie Pie

Ingredients:

• 18 Oreos

• 1 ½ tbsp. butter

• ½ tbsp. ground cinnamon

• 8 oz. cream cheese

• 1 cup confectioners sugar

• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter

• 3 cups whipped topping, thawed

• ¾ cups whipped topping, frozen

• 2 tbsps. chocolate syrup

• 2 tbsps. caramel syrup

• 4 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

2. Mix Oreos with butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Press mixture into bottom of a 9” springform pan.

3. Bake until crust hardens, about 8 mins.

4. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter until blended well. Fold in thawed whipped topping until mixture is light and fluffy.

5. Transfer mixture onto cooled cookie crust, spread evenly on top.

6. Put frozen whipped topping into pastry bag w/ tip, spread onto pie artfully. Drizzle syrups on in a decorative manner and sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups on top.
