Peanut Butter Pie

From the Kitchen of: Sarah Beal

 

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. graham crackers

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 cup butter, melted

  • ¾ cup of peanut butter

  • 4 oz. cream cheese

  • 8 oz. cool whip

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Crumble graham crackers, add sugar, butter, and mix until combined.

  2. Press into pie pan.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  4. Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar.

  5. Add to graham cracker crust, even out.

  6. Refrigerate until chilled/solid.
