Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

1 pie crust

4 eggs
-
1 cup sugar
-
1 ½ cups dark Karo syrup
-
Pinch of salt
-
3 tbsp. melted butter
-
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:

Beat eggs & sugar
-
Mix with Karo syrup, salt & butter
-
Cover bottom of shell with pecans
-
Add above mixture
- Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 min. until knife inserted comes out clean.
