Peel Me a Grape Pie

Ingredients:

4-5 cups concord grapes

1 cup sugar

¼ cup flour
-
¼ cup lemon juice
-
Pinch salt

single pie crust
-
Topping:
-
½ cup sugar
-
½ cup butter
-
½ cup flour
-
Directions:

Slip skins off grapes. Set skins aside.

Boil insides gently (5 min) until soft.

Put through sieve to remove seeds.

Return pulp to skin, add sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt and pour into a single pie crust.

For topping, mix sugar and flour and cut in butter for crumble topping. Spread on filling.
- Bake 400° for 50 min until bubble. Serve w/ ice cream.
