Pineapple Coconut Frozen Pina Colada Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 9” graham cracker crusts

  • 16 oz. cool whip (thawed)

  • ¼ cup coconut flakes

  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 lemon

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple w/ juice

Directions:

  1. Mix condensed milk + cool whip.

  2. Add juice of 1 lemon + pineapple.

  3. Put into 2 crusts; sprinkle coconut to taste.

  4. Freeze pies overnight.

  5. Take out of freezer 30-40 minutes prior to serving.

  6. Enjoy!!
