Rainy Day & Netflix Pie

Ingredients:

Crust
-
2 ½ cup flour

¾ cup sugar
-
½ tsp. salt
-
1 cup butter
-

Filling
-
¾ cup cold water
-
4-5 cups berries
-
¾ cup sugar
-
3 tbsp cornstarch
-
½ tsp cinnamon
-
1 egg
-
Directions:

Crust:
-
Combine dry ingredients.

Cube butter and slowly add to dry mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Slowly add cold water until it holds together.

Divide in 2, wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge (let cool for ½ hour).

Filling:

Mix it all together!

Put it all together:

Roll out bottom crust, put in greased pie pan.

Smooth in filling.

Roll out top crust & cut into strips. Weave strips to cover the pie with a lattice top, crimp the edges.

Beat the egg & spread it over the lattice crust.
- Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes, until you think it looks good!
