A.R.T. Community Cookbook: Rhubarb Pie by Roz

Rhubarb Pie

From the Kitchen of: Roz

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 cup rhubarb

  • 1 ½ – 2 cup sugar

  • ½ c flour

  • ¼ cup butter

Directions:

  1. Toss.

  2. Place in pie shell.

  3. Dot with ¼ cup butter–use ⅛ cup butter inside.

  4. Put top crust on dot with other ⅛ cup of butter.

  5. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

  6. Lower to 350° for 45 minutes until done.
