A.R.T. Community Cookbook: Rice with Goat Meat

Rice with Goat Meat

 

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes

  • Tomato Paste

  • Oil

  • Garlic

  • Long Grain (Golden) Rice

  • Onion

  • Goat Meat

Directions:

  1. Cook goat meat in water for 45 min.

  2. Put chopped onion in oil

  3. Put tomato paste & rice into pan w/onion

  4. Take boiled water into rice and wait for rice to cook.

  5. Add potatoes, veggies, garlic, & goat meat.

  6. Lower the temp. on rice

  7. Cook meat & veggies for 35 min.

  8. Serve!!
