Rum is Better Than Our Boyfriends in 1992 But Not Better Than Our Husbands in 2015 Pie

Ingredients:

1 lb. vegan or milk ricotta

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup coconut rum
-
½ cup chocolate chips or raisins

6-8 crushed graham crackers
Directions:

Make a base of 6-8 crushed graham crackers. Really mash ‘em up (because you deserve better circa 1992).

Mix remaining ingredients – and add cinnamon if nobody’s looking. (Scientists stick to recipes but even scientists add extra rum.)

Pour ricotta mixture over graham crust.

Refrigerate.
- Do not cut (just dig in). Enjoy!
