Sande’s Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 6 lg. apples

  • ½ cup oil

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • ¾ cup flour

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • ¼ tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice apples to fill pie plate.

  2. Mix oil, sugar, and egg.

  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

  4. Pour over apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

  5. Bake at 350° for 45 mins.
