Scotch Whiskey Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:

½ cup favorite authentic Scotch whiskey

¼ cup favorite honey
-
package Norwegian smoked salmon (lox)
-
crackers of choice
Directions:

Mix whiskey & salmon in large measuring cup.

Put salmon in food saver bag.
-
Pour whiskey/honey mix in FSB.
-
Vacuum seal on marinade.
-
Refrigerate 24 hrs.
-
Serve salmon on plate.
- Serve with crackers.
