Sort of Peach Pie

Ingredients:

3-4 peaches (Can use other fruits- blueberries, apples, nectarines, etc)

Cinnamon sugar

1 tbsp. butter

⅔ cup sugar
-
½ tsp. baking powder
-
1 egg
-
Pinch salt
-
½ cup flour
Directions:

Slice peaches.
-
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional).

Cream butter and sugar.
-
Add baking powder, egg, pinch salt, and flour.

Mix to make dough.

Spoon over peaches.
- Bake @ 375° for 30 mins.
