Directions:

  1. Your favorite recipe for flaky pie/tart dough

  2. Roll out into a round

  3. Mound your favorite fruit (chopped); stone fruit, blueberries, etc.

  4. Sweetened to your taste

  5. Fold dough around filling, leaving center open

  6. Sprinkle sugar over a light egg wash.

  7. Bake until dough is browned/fruit bubbly

  8. Enjoy
