The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie (Gooey Goodness)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup flour

  • ½ cup butter (softened)

  • ½ cup crisco

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 350°.

  2. Mix butter + crisco. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugars, mix gently. Add vanilla. Add chocolate chips.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda.

  4. Gently mix in flour mixture, do not over mix.

  5. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.

  6. Scoop out w/ ice cream scoop on parchment paper.

  7. Cook for 9-10 minutes, leave slightly undone.
