The Big Freeze

From the Kitchen of: James Hoeck

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups misc. frozen fruit

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • ¼ cup tapioca

  • 1 pie shell

Directions:

  1. Dive into freezer.

  2. Pull out any and all frozen fruit.

  3. Mix all ingredients into shell.

  4. Add lattice top.

  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Bake at 325 for 70 min.

  7. Top with vanilla ice cream.
