The Perfect Pumpkin Pie!

Ingredients:

1 deep dish (9-inch) pastry shell

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 eggs
-
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

½ tsp. ground ginger
-
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
-
½ tsp. salt
-
⅛ cup molasses
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer.

Cool.
