World’s Best Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

Filling:

3-4 cups blueberries
-
7 tbsp. cornstarch
-
3 tbsp. water
-
2 tbsp. lemon juice
-
9” graham cracker crust
-
½ tsp. cinnamon
-
¼ tsp. allspice
-
⅔ cup sugar
-
-
Crust
-
¼ cup sugar
-
¼ butter
-
¼ cup flour
-
Directions:

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Mix well. Optional cinnamon and allspice–a must!

Add 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 3 tbsp. water.

Add blueberries to crust.

Pour liquid mix over the blueberries evenly.

Crumb topping: Combine ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup flour, ¼ c butter and sprinkle over pie.

Cook at 375° for 1 hour.
