Anna-Li St. Martin
Anna-Li St. Martin (she/her) is the Programming Manager at The Hanover Theatre & Conservatory and an emerging leader in the arts and culture sector. She is deeply passionate about the transformative, thought-provoking ways the arts spark joy, connection, and curiosity.
A lifelong supporter of the arts, Anna-Li spent her youth working behind the scenes in theater, which deepened her passion for supporting the arts. Whether through visual art or live performance, she values the unique human connections that the arts make possible.
Her work with the Worcester community at the Jean McDonough Arts Center further deepened her commitment to arts engagement and community-centered programming. This experience continues to inform her professional goal of becoming a leader who prioritizes making the arts sustainable, inclusive, and accessible to all.
Anna-Li’s professional interests include audience development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing ways for first-time arts patrons to connect with the arts alongside longtime audiences. She is especially interested in diversifying arts programming by uplifting BIPOC stories and voices both onstage and behind the scenes. Outside of work, Anna-Li enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as crocheting, knitting, and pottery.
